2021 CaInSitu Neoplasms ICD-10-CM Codes

List of 2021 CaInSitu Neoplasms found in the ICD-10-CM Table of Neoplasms. The 58 codes in this list are used to specify CaInSitu neoplasms, or cancers are those whose behavior if untreated could cause the death of a patient. To properly code a neoplasm, first determine if the neoplasm is benign, in-situ, malignant or of uncertain or unspecified histologic behavior. If the neoplasm is malignant code any secondary sites should also be determined.
