Report a data discrepancy
Found something that doesn't match the official CMS or NCHS files? Send the page URL, the code, and what you expected to see. Every report is checked against the original release, and confirmed errors are corrected in the next data refresh, starting with anything that affects code validity or billable status.
Feedback and feature ideas
Tell us what would make your work faster: a missing filter, a tool you wish existed, a rough edge in one of ours. Suggestions from working coders have shaped most of what's on this site.
Advertising inquiries
For advertising and partnership questions, use the same address and put "Advertising" in the subject line. Please note that advertising never influences the data we publish.
What we can't help with
- Coding advice for specific claims. How a particular encounter should be coded depends on the documentation and payer rules. A credentialed coder or your payer is the right resource.
- Changes to the codes themselves. The code sets are published by CMS and NCHS. We can fix how data appears on this site, but not what the agencies publish.
- Medical questions. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Talk to a healthcare provider, and in an emergency call 911.
