What are the ICD-10 Clinical Concepts?

Are these the only codes a specialty can use?
No. Any provider can report any valid ICD-10-CM code the documentation supports. These lists are a starting point for the most frequent conditions in each specialty; the complete code set is in the ICD-10-CM Codes List.
What does the specificity note mean?
Some entries point at a category rather than a single code. When an entry carries the specificity note, codes with a greater degree of specificity should be considered first: open the code page and pick the most specific billable code the documentation supports.
